My name is Miss Bianca-Nicole
I have a passion for health and fitness I am a personal trainer and sports nutritionist online and one to one and online streaming classes.
I became IBFA Miss Trained Figure 2019 a mother of two, so my passion is to prove that anyone, you can turn your life around its never too late, or despite what the situation your facing.
I specialise in body building and show prep but also work with people just wanting to get fit .
My goal is to see results Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.
